Welcome and let me introduce myself.

I used to work 15 years in oil and construction as a Project Manager and international logistics analyst and as a result compromised my health for my profession.  In the spring of 2014, I lost my passion working 16 hour days and chose health over finances. 

 

I wanted to help people that needed help. 

​

I wanted  to help people feel better then ok, I wanted them to feel Great!

 

I wanted people to get back their passion of living, to enjoy spending time with family and friends and not worrying about their health.

​

I had noticed that my clients not only had emotional and physical blockages trapped in their bodies, but they also had chemical blockages which were impeding their healing.  So in January of 2024 I started a new adventure of a year long training to be a Spinal Flow Therapist and completed my certification in January of 2025.

I am a second generation reflexologist following in the foot steps of my mother Donna Marie who had practiced for 22 years.  I was trained in Edmonton Alberta at the Academy of Reflexology and Massage and am currently the Vice President of  ACART, Atlantic Canada Association of Reflexology Therapists.

I continue to update my training with a holistic approach recently certifying in Craniosacral Reflexology (CSR) for traumas to the head, neck and spine and Conscious Access Bars; for those who suffer from PTSD.

I provide a professional yet gentle holistic approach with a comfortable healing environment that allows for increased feeling of well being.
